Then the serum was collected by centrifugation after all samples were held at room temperature for 2h. (D3024R Centrifuge, Dragonlab Experimental Instrument Co., Ltd., Beijing, China) The levels of motilin and ghrelin were determined using Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) Kit. (Huding Biological Co., Ltd., Shanghai, China)
